Join Us for Our All-Church BBQ Bash!
Join us for our Church BBQ Bash on Sunday, September 7 from 12–3 PM at Community Park in Benicia! We’ll fire up the grill, enjoy good food, play games, and spend the afternoon connecting as a church family. We’d appreciate if last names A-L bring a side dish and last names M-Z bring a dessert to share. We’ll take care of the main dishes!
Bring a blanket or chair—and bring a friend, too! Everyone is welcome. Let’s make memories together and kick off the fall season with fun and fellowship!
Join the Fun in “Carol of the Toys” Kids Choir!
Calling all young singers! Our kids choir kicks off Sunday, September 14 from 4–6 PM in the FBC sanctuary. Open to kids ages 4 through 5th grade, this fun, free program is the perfect way to celebrate the season, make new friends, and sing about the true Christmas miracle. No experience needed—just bring your voice and your joy!
Be Part of Our Biggest Outreach Event of the Year
Join us on Sunday, September 14, right after each service in the Youth Portable for our A Walk Through Bethlehem Interest Meeting! This is our biggest outreach event of the year, and we’d love for you to be part of it. Whether you’ve served before or are brand new and just curious, this is the perfect time to learn more and see how you can get involved in bringing the story of Jesus’ birth to life for our community.

Walk 4 Water
Join Pastor Matt and our FBC Benicia family as we take part in Walk 4 Water—a meaningful event that reminds us of the daily journey many in Uganda make just to find water. Together, we’ll walk in their honor and raise funds to provide a safe water borehole for the villages of Kapiribelai and Bugengi.

Join Us for Church-Wide Serve Day!
This Serve Day, we’re stepping outside our walls to be the hands and feet of Jesus in Benicia! Instead of gathering for in-person services, we’ll meet at FBC at 9 AM for coffee, donuts, and a quick send-off—then head out together to serve our neighbors through practical acts of kindness.
Let’s share the love of God in real, tangible ways and make a difference in our community.
